Trichomes.AI
It is an interactive installation that transforms the invisible signals of plants into a poetic visual language and explores how art, nature, technology and design can intertwine to open up new forms of dialogue between humans, plants and artificial intelligence.
We explore adaptability as a form of living intelligence, contrasting the rigidity of the artificial with the flexibility of the organic, based on the observation of nature as complex systems with subtle communication strategies capable of responding to external stimuli through continuous transformation.

Comprising Gianmaria Vernetti, Guilherme Maglio and Luz Valencia, 1010BCN is a multidisciplinary art collective formed in 2024 in Barcelona. Through an approach that combines artistic research, scientific collaboration and public participation, the collective explores new forms of interaction between humans and living systems.
